What does Feedback Local do?

Feedback Local provide commercial waste clearance services for the removal of a wide variety of waste streams – such as fly tipped waste, waste electrical items, redundant furniture, old equipment, cardboard, bagged general waste, green waste, manufacturing waste etc, The service includes the provision of labour to remove waste from our clients’ sites and recycling & disposal of collected materials as applicable. There are three different service levels that we offer, depending on your needs.
Feedback Local is our standard service, whereby clearances take place within 3 to 7 days of receipt of your order.
Rapid 24 and Rapid 48 offer solutions for when the clearance requirement is urgent - with collections taking place within 24 hours or 48 hours from the time of booking.
Click, Stick, Clear is Feedback Local’s bespoke service. We provide stickers for you to label waste in situ prior to removal – thereby negating the need for you and your staff to move any (bulky) waste items.

What are the different load sizes?

The waste is cleared using six standard load sizes:
Small load: (up to 300kg, up to 4 cubic yards) – for example; 4 x 2 drawer filing cabinets, 2 x office swivel chairs, 2 under counter fridges and 20 bin bags of general waste
Medium load: (up to 500kg, up to 6 cubic yards) – for example; 4 x 4 drawer filing cabinets and 4 x office swivel chairs, 1 x office desk, 1 x domestic size dishwasher and 20 bags of general waste
Large load: (up to 800kg, up to 12 cubic yards) – for example; 4 x 4 drawer filing cabinets, 6 x office swivel chairs, 1 x office desk, 4 x 2 drawer filing cabinets, 2 x 2 door cupboards and 4 x wooden pallets
Extra-large load: (up to 1100kg, up to 15 cubic yards) – for example; 4 x 4 drawer filing cabinets, 8 x office swivel chairs, 1 x office desk, 4 x 2 drawer filing cabinets, 2 x 2 door cupboards, 6 x wooden pallets and 20 bin bags of general waste.
2 x Extra Large load: (up to 2200kg, up to 30 cubic yards) – for example; 8 x 4 drawer filing cabinets, 16 x office swivel chairs, 2 x office desk, 8 x 2 drawer filing cabinets, 4 x 2 door cupboards, 12 x wooden pallets and 40 bin bags of general waste.
Maxi-load: (up to 2500kg, up to 15 cubic yards) – for example; 4 x 4 drawer filing cabinets, 8 x office swivel chairs, 3 x office desks, 4 x 2 drawer filing cabinets, 4 x 2 door cupboards, 6 x wooden pallets and 20 bin bags of general waste. What is the Feedback Local service?

This is our standard service offering - once the online order has been placed we guarantee that the waste will be removed from site within 3-7 days. Feedback Local’s dedicated staff will attend your premises to collect a variety of waste streams– such as fly tipped waste, waste electrical items, redundant furniture, old equipment, cardboard, bagged general waste, green waste, manufacturing waste - in line with the details provided during the on line booking process. They can remove waste from basements or upper floors, outbuildings or from yard areas. Waste can therefore be removed from anywhere on site - as long as it’s practicable and safe to do so. As part of the service, collected waste is separated into different waste streams to maximise recycling rates where possible and practicable. The Feedback Local service is delivered Monday – Friday. Orders received outside office hours (Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm) will be processed the next working day and clearances will then be completed within 3 – 7days from that day.

What is Feedback Local’s Click, Stick, Clear service?

Click, Sick, Clear is Feedback Local’s bespoke service for in situ removal of waste. Stickers are provided to label waste in situ, for our team to remove waste from your site, without you having to move any waste. Simply click to order the clearance, we will send stickers and then you stick the stickers on the items to be removed and we will clear the waste from its in situ location. You Click, You Stick, We Clear. Give us a call on 0845 023 0338 once the waste is labelled up, and we will then collect the waste on our standard 3-7 day service. If there are any stickers left over, keep hold of these to use for the next clearance.

When are clearances completed?

When clearances are completed, depends on the service level selected: Feedback Local – this is our standard service. Waste is collected within 3 – 7 days of receipt of your online booking. Feedback Local services are delivered Mondays – Fridays during standard office hours (8am – 5pm).

Rapid 24 – clearances are completed within 24 hours of receipt of your online booking (for bookings received during normal office hours (Monday – Fridays 8am – 5pm). Rapid 24 services are therefore delivered Mondays - Saturdays, 8am – 5pm.

Rapid 48 – clearances are completed within 48 hours of receipt of your online booking (for bookings received during normal office hours, Mondays – Thursdays 8am – 5pm). Clearances for bookings received during office hours (8am – 5pm) on Fridays will be completed by the following Monday.

Any bookings made outside office hours (ie after 5pm during weekdays / on weekends) will be treated as received on the next working day.

Click, Stick, Clear – Once we have received confirmation that the waste is labelled up and you are ready to go, waste will be collected within 3 – 7 days as per our standard Feedback Local service.

What if the waste includes batteries, oil, paint, gas cylinders, fluorescent tubes or other hazardous waste?

We can provide a service for the removal of a variety of different hazardous wastes. Please give us a call on 0845 023 0338 so that we can discuss your requirements in more detail.

What type of waste does Feedback Local remove?

There are certain types of hazardous waste that we can and routinely collect, such as fridges, freezers, monitors and TVs. What happens to the collected waste?

In UK legislation, the waste hierarchy underpins how waste materials are dealt with. Feedback Atency strive to move clients waste up the waste hierarchy and therefore where possible and practicable waste is recycled. Waste is separated and segregated on site to enable us to maximise re-use and recycling where applicable.

What is Feedback Rapid?

Feedback Rapid is a highly reactive service for commercial clearances that is provided by Feedback Local for when the removal of waste from site is an urgent matter and is of high priority. Feedback Local’s dedicated staff will attend your premises to collect a variety of waste streams– such as fly tipped waste, waste electrical items, redundant furniture, old equipment, cardboard, bagged general waste, green waste, manufacturing waste -in line with the details provided during the online booking process. There are two levels of service for these priority clearance services and clients can choose from either Rapid 24 or Rapid 48. For bookings made within normal office hours (8am to 5pm Monday to Friday) Rapid 24 clearance services will be delivered within 24 hours of receipt of your confirmed booking. The Rapid 48 service is ideal when the removal of waste from site is urgent, but you need a little time to organise what waste needs clearing. For bookings made within normal office hours (8am to 5pm) on Monday to Thursday, Rapid 48 clearance services will be delivered within 48 hours of receipt of your confirmed booking. For bookings received on Fridays, services will be delivered on Mondays. Orders received outside of office hours (8am to 5pm Monday to Friday) will be processed on the morning of the following working day.

Can I book a clearance more than 7 days in advance?

Yes. To arrange clearances more than a week in advance, for example to coincide with a planned office move or if you are planning a larger project for the following month, please contact us via email or give us a call on 0845 023 0338 and a member of our team will be happy to discuss your requirements.

What is included in the quoted price?

The price on the website includes the provision of labour and disposal costs for the type and quantity of waste and access details selected during the online booking process.
